| This is the best hip hop concert I've ever been to. I think it was from around November 87. Eric B and Rakim were the opening act but I've never heard a recording of that part of the show although I'd love to. There was alot of trouble at this show and as a result the Odeon refused any more Hip Hop shows. It was filmed by the BBC and I'd love to see that film.
A year earlier I saw RunDMC, Whodini, Beastie Boys and LL Cool J at the same venue, which was as excellent as it sounds. That show was called the "Raising Hell Tour".
