I own a tape from 1985 that features Tippa Irie & Daddy Rusty where Saxon gets dissed for playing a coxsone tune.

not sure if this dance is uploaded here (if not i'd gladly add it), however i dont have any further info on this tape and this is what im after: name of venue, exact date and any further info on this tape.

what tune do they play mate? it doesn't ring a bell I'm afraid. be good if you could upload it because certain people are good at hearing them and knowing the date, venue etc

if this doesnt ring a bell to anyone.. ill be happy to upload the full session... however i feel this could be posted already and identifying the dance would be of great help.

i couldnt say if its here already or not. I'd suggest uploading it and posting it at DHR and someone there like Ruffhouse or Glamour would be able to give you the details for it
