so last night may 28, me and a group of friends traveled to New York City to see the classic Gregory Isaacs perform at BBKings Blues Club. Unfortunatly he had to reschedule his show until august. this certainly bummed me and the crew out, especially me because i was going to video record most of the show and share it here. Any way thats the bad news, the good news is that King Yellowman is performing randomly in my home town, Bay Shore New York July 17th and also Barrington Levy will be performing in NYC at the BBKings blues club, which i plan on attending and recording those shows also. So looks like after July i should have some real authentic recordings to share here and that wont be available anywhere else. so after getting bummed out about the show last night, there are 2 great shows coming up that i will do my best to record.
