hearing this tape for the first time was like being hit by a 40 ton lorry, i was 14 at the time and me and my mate had just got it from his brother who had just got home from the riverboat that morning, the date was the day after boxing day 1986, since then i have been on a magical soulful journey to find all those records, the pleasure i have got from listening to soul/rare groove since then can definitely be traced back to this tape so to funkadelic and special edition i am eternally greatful

I have kept that tape for over 26 years now and as soon as the site lets me i will post a link to my copy:D
