I browse a lot of blogs for things, some favourites at the moment are:
http://nightofthepurplemoon.blogspot.com/Got loads of psychedic jazz from the 70s if you dig that, lots of other good stuff too - Eek a Mouse?
http://pharaohs-dance.blogspot.com/More afrocentric jazz from the 70s, proper rare stuff here
http://orgyinrhythm.blogspot.com/Even more rare and weird jazz...
http://tothebreakofdawn.blogspot.com/Late 80s Hip Hop here, many great 12s and LPs
http://konstantkontakt.blogspot.com/If you like hip hop mixes, have a look at this blog - it's got two "Syndromes" mixes by J Rocc of the Beat Junkies:

This is a good site with a ton of archived radio shows from the past 25 years.
It's mostly 90s house (not my kinda thing really), but if you search through there's some nice Hip Hop stuff from Red Alert and Marley marl in the 80's, a bit of Afrika Islam on WHBI, some early house stuff, and some mash up shows from the man Bobby Konders.
http://www.deephousepage.com/search_results.phpwww.matsuli.blogspot.comThis time last year I knew nothing about African music other than several Fela Kuti LPs and my Dad's Bhundu Boys stuff. Almost one year later and I can tell the difference between Highlife and Juju (almost!). There's not a better source of easily digested African goodness out there, check out the African Serenades series and get learning.
oldschoolhiphop.com
If you like old school Hip Hop culture in all its glorious forms, you'll make a lot of friends here believe me. The trading and sharing board has had a deluge of jams from the late 70s & early 80s uploaded on there in the past month. Some of the guys on the board there were at the shows in the clubs and the parks of the Bronx etc at the time, they'll school you alright.
bustthefacts.blogspot.com
I've only come across this recently but it's gonna hold my attention for a while I think. Loads of mid 80s to mid 90s Hip Hop uploaded there for your enjoyment, plus the links displayed here will get you into a whole universe of "Golden Era" Hip Hop.
